What I do
I design and build automation that removes repetitive admin from how a business runs, including content publishing, reporting, data entry and task handling, using custom software integrations rather than off-the-shelf tools that don’t quite fit.
I come at creating automated systems from a design background, so what I build is made to be used, not studied: clear interfaces, sensible approvals, nothing that needs a manual.
